Once an order has been received we aim to have it ready within 24-48 hours. If a product is out of stock and on back order we will contact you ASAP. Please note any items marked "Special Order' will take an additional few days for delivery.

If you are placing several orders (eg. online print order, purchasing items, in store services) we will happily combine shipping for these so please contact us at newmarket@kodakphotos.co.nz

All orders are sent via Aramex Couriers and tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is on it’s way, estimated delivery times are listed below. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Auckland delivery  - 1-2 business days

North Island - 1-2 business days

South Island - 2-3 business days

Rural Delivery - Additional 1-3 business days

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item you have purchased we offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of pick up/delivery. To be eligible for a return the items must be in the original condition and packaging as at the time of sale. Please note delivery charges are non-refundable, and any returns will be the responsibility of the customer.  Film, Disposable Cameras, and any items which are marked as Special Order cannot be returned for change of mind so please choose carefully.

If a product you have bought is faulty in any way, we will happily provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
